I've looked in SEVERAL locations using hunter visiont for the rare stripe wolf, it's the last one I gotta tame(BESIDES THE 3 MASTER BEASTS). Where the ♥♥♥♥ do I find it?

SOLVED:
There are actually two caves to find all rare predators with 100% guarantee (also in survival mode) - the Cave of Hasari (rare wolf, jaguar and dhole) and Marsa Cave (rare wolf, jaguar and lion). See the maps and full descriptions in my guide:

For anyone wondering about the cave with spawning rare predators in the deleted video, it's Cave of Hasari East to the village (you go East then turn South along the cliff to your right).
The animals that spawn there are dholes/ wolves/ jaguars/ cave bear. No lions, but black lions spawn frequently in a nearby area and further to the North.

The Hasari cave randomly spawns one and you need to enter from the lower entrance and look around. in my attempt i found a cave bear so be careful what you look for.

as for striped wolves? i haven't seen those anywhere except out in the area beyond the bloodfang sabre tiger and the local outpost. i found a few of them by random chance. i haven't seen any more since.

Literally two years later, but just in case someone comes along and is also playing Far Cry Primal to prep for Far Cry 5 and looking for advice, I found a striped wolf and a rare deer (I needed it for the double bow) near the village area while doing villager missions. I have looked all over the map at every deer and wolf spawning point and didn't find one until I decided to go back and do random missions hoping for at least a rare skin as a reward. The wolf I specifically came across while doing the mission "Sick Beasts" and the deer I found during "The Rotten River". So it might be worth a try to look closer to home for a bit if other places aren't working out.

..And BTW I never saw stripe wolf at night, only at daylight. Two other morphs - yes, they spawn at night all around you, but NEVER the stripe wolf.
