How do study cave painting and find rare resource work?

I'm having difficulties figuring out how to do the 'study the cave painting and find a rare resource near-by' mini collectibles. I'm not getting a prompt and my hunter's vison isn't revealing anything. Am I missing something?

There is everithing on youtube - quests, caves etc... ;)
I also had no idea what I was supposed to look for after discovering those paintings - it's never actually explaned anywhere in the game...

FC Primal is considered to be among the best FC games. You can also consider it as an amazing wildlife simulator and hunting game! In this game, ou get to ride a wooly mammoth or sabertooth tiger to raid an enemy village, what else can you ask for?! :-)
