Language Problems???

I was able to play the game earlier, and probably still can, but my game is in Chinese now, wtf is up with that??? how do i change it back? cant read the options in chinese

The subtitles can be changed for most regions in the settings, but the audio itself cannot be changed. What you're seeing/hearing is likely what you should be seeing/hearing.

but the whole menu is in chinese, cant tell where to change it, i'm not talking about the audio language, as it is "ancient" european, but the menu and subtitles are in chinese

Same here. Originaly it was English, I restarted the game and now it's all in Chinese.

same here chinese and im in america i dont think im in a chinese region unless trump took office early? hmmm can someone who knows chinese count how many words down it is to preferences then count down in preferences to where i can flip the arrows to switch languages? Or is there a file somewhere we can alter?

Just reboot the game, that happened to me, was in English without any issues. However, if you need help in changing it manually:

From Main Menu, 2nd option.

2nd Menu, 2nd option.

Top option.

Most top left option.

You arent missing much. Its stuff like "Uldam bad guy go here. You kill Uldam. Tame bird. Tame Tiger. Tame Bear. Be kill."

i verified/validated the game files, and it was back in english, although earlier i tried to find options in chinese, but it seems i could only choose chinese, now i can choose from a bunch of languages

Has anyone found a solution for this problem. I've reinstalled the game twice. And can't submit a ticket to Ubisoft for support. Changing the in game sub-titles does not change the game menus, in game instructions or controller labels
