Unnable to connect to Ubisoft servers

When i launch the game i cant connect to the servers, the screen stays black saying I am connecting but nothing happens. Does anyone else have this problem?

Never experienced that - sound like a local firewall issue?

I deactivate firewall and antivirus :( I have opened ticket... Thanks erialor

same problem here. So i have been playing the game normally.
then i had to reinstall steam and uplay.
Have tested after ACBF and everythng was perfect, but farcry primal presents same problem, it just stuck on the connecting to ubsoft servers screen.
There is no reason why it should do this.
i wish had a direct solution for this problem.
