crafting potion newbie question

i cant find where to make potion it says the food menu but where it is ?
do i have to play more or what ?

you don't craft potions in primal you just need to have ingredients with you and press heal hotkey and game will do the rest. what you can do is assign which recipe will be default when pressing heal hotkey by going into food menu.

if i move a cursor over a plant it says i can make a potion but i must be dumb nothing is hiligted to do it

I think its just left click on them in that tab menu
