Is there a solution for the bugged Urki questline?

I googled but all I found was that other people aside me had a bug which prevented Urki from showing up a third time. Especially funny when it happens in your Survival of the Fittest run. And even slightly funnier if you are as stupid as I was and decide to do Urki's quests last.

Verified the game and slept like a week but nothing happened, anyone had luck on this matter?

Also I actually got it fixed and it was my own fault, I didn't unlock the ability to tame brown bears as I was trying to do any%. Hail Primal.

Just don't do it. The questline is as useless as Urki.

my quest bugged it says too powerful to tame so how i will complete mission???
