Are wenja side quests (orange quests on the map) infinite?

Are they endless? is there a point to try to finish all of them or not because they keep spawning?

The ones with the village symbol are not endless and are required to gain completion for all of the main questlines (13/13) on the cave wall. These are tied to Sayra's Quest

The 'mini-quests' which appear as a light yellow marker on the map are endless (the ones where you have to free an enslaved wenja, help 4x wenja's defend a spot etc).

They are there as a method of gaining experience, and infinitely growing your village population - even though that number becomes redundant after a time.
