Apex edition worth it?

I'll be getting this on sale and I was wondering if the people who already have it think the Apex edition adds anything worth bothering with. Cheers.

Being able to collect a couple of the more advanced crafting ingredients from the start and maybe a few cosmetic "bonuses" (you'll hardly notice them) might not be worth paying extra.

Personally I don't regret buying the Apex edition at all but it's basically just the Wenja pack + HD textures.

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and bought the Apex edition anyway as I guess it was only a buck extra. I figured it was worth it for the HD textures if nothing else. I played a bit and it looks great in 4K. I played up to Far Cry 3 so I thought I'd give this a try. Definitely fun so far! Cheers.

Thanks for the reply. I went ahead and bought the Apex edition anyway as I guess it was only a buck extra. I figured it was worth it for the HD textures if nothing else. I played a bit and it looks great in 4K. I played up to Far Cry 3 so I thought I'd give this a try. Definitely fun so far! Cheers.

Have you played FarCry 5 yet? That game is pretty fun too. The Vietcong DLC for that game is pretty cool

Most of the farcry games are fun even if just for mindlessly messing about.

The HD textures are also included in the base game, don't need Wenja pack or Apex edition for that.

I only got the vanilla version and have the HD txtures installed right now.

I think it was worth the extra at that price. Pretty cool incidentally, i think we got a good bargain here, those of us who got it on the lunar sale.
