What does the Apex edition add?

wanted to see if i had the apex version installed and dont see in steam an option to upgrade my basic version, it seems we have to buy it from the start.

Seems like it just has the stuff included in the DLC, I got the game plus the DLC, it's cheaper

its a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mission pack that, if anything, worsens the overall experience. Ignoring that stuff is more fun, by paying more you receive a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ product, as with most AAA games
