Low to Medium tier PC.
My younger brother has a PC with this specs.

i7-5500U 2.4GHz
Nvidia Geforce 840m 2GB
4gb ram

Can he run this on low or medium settings or will he have problems?.

He should lower the resolution and i think i will run fine on 45-50 fps at medium settings ;)
