2 check your display settings if you have more then one screen dissconnrct them till you have just one then restart ... get into the game to configure them in a supported resolution the game uses more info can be found here about supported resolutions

if you have any other issue..
Please contact Ubisoft support DIRECTLY and make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements .. many laptops may not ..as they have no decent GPU to run the game ..or you have misconfigured it properly in your drivers settings

i will never understand why so many steam users have an issue with the game it even works on my OLD junky Dell from 2007 ..has since day 1 that it shipped ..but i did buy a uolay only version ..as i did not want added STEAM useless DRM added to my game

game runs fine on that old POS ..and even better on my new system with a GTX 1060 as well as even my old laptop from 2013 ..so uf you have an issue with getting the game to even load .. yep its your PC..not the game ..contact Ubi support
