having problem with this one too, where does the planet name shown in the message though? All it mentioned is the commander's name.
You get a garbled message. You have to fly to each of the DEAD worlds inside of the Terran region. Once you find the planet you'll get another message saying "send a team down". Goto VIEW on that planet, and research with your scientist. Then you'll get a message that says "the wormhole moves". To track down the wormhole, it'll show a ! by the planet it is at. When you get there, do the VIEW again and research again... I think that's the sequence. Then fight the Cruul that show up.
Step 1) Save Game
Step 2) Sent all 8 officers in seperate shuttles exploring 8 planets at a time, skipped any events, until I finally found the planet. Ironically it was the furthest planet away from my base which is why it was so hard to find.
Step 3) Reload game. Now you know where to find it.
thank you very much. after i started reading this thread, i was about to give up because i also have most planets already developed and the quest was not on any undeveloped planets. but now i know that it can be on developed planets too so i think i just have to search more.
