How to edit events?

does anyone know's hot to edit events? i made france fascist and join them in to axsis but they quit axis when germany attack on poland

You’ll need to also edit their AI to make them more sympathetic to fascist causes, and edit which nations they feel strongly about being attacked or defended. It should be a mix of files between the France file and the scenario events files.
