Thank you! In any case, is it difficult to use the editor which comes with the game? If it's easy I could try by myself. It would be also a good way to do some researches about WWI.
EDIT: It's been uploaded.
This is why I've begun working on the Modding Making History[torqdl.github.io] site, so that other people can learn how to do the same.
I see that people have some troubles with mods. They don't seem to work properly. What's your experience? I've been on your website, Tyrelius. Thanks for sharing the files.
You can use the Internet Archive's Way Back Machine to view the old making-history.com site, and most (but not all) of the pages of scenarios and other mods. Unfortunately, you cannot download any of them, because the download links were tied to server-side code that then served the files from a backend repository, and were therefore not archivable by their service.
If you're asking about mods not working properly, in most cases, a mod will not even load if there is an error in it. Most of these errors are due to a lack of attention to detail. I don't mean that in a derogatory way, just that if a minor detail is overlooked, it can cause the entire mod to not load. That is partly why I am building out my site, so that I can share all of the details I have learned over the years of being a part of the Making History gaming community.
I've downloaded 66 scenarios in the past, to be sure to have them handy in case the official repository was made unavailable. We are talking about 722MB.
Tyrelius, is there an easy way to help you putting them on your website?
If you’re not familiar with git or web code, then gather the details on the scenarios, such as authors and a brief description of the scenario (like how I have on the site for the existing ones), zip it all up, and put it in Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or NextCloud and send me the link. I can then put them online.
