How to get the It's All good achievement ?

More a rant than a post, I'm going crazy playing the game on hard. It's similar as the Death incarnate difficulty from Wolf3d, I barely reach the first episode boss and get totally destroyed.

If I understood correctly, I need to beat the whole 30 levels (including the 2 secret levels), by getting 100% kills, 100% fruits and 100% secrets, in hard, without saving, all in a single run. Basically have a run of 4+ hours with almost no mistakes. So getting this achievement means automatically getting around every other achievement at the same time (except the quiz and speedrun ones, I think)

I'm not so sure how 2% of the players got this achievement being so tedious, hard and long. Am I missing something here ? Is there a cheese tactic or something to make it more possible ? I don't want to cheat it, but I'm sure I'm missing something here.

Basically as hardcore Wolf3D player I am, can recognize animals what they're representing from Wolf3D reskins, but Ox is the most painful of em all as are Mutants (glad they've added alert sound rather leave mute) so you have to bottleneck most of time and listen carefully on opening doors so don't get ninja ambushed. Mostly conserve ammo with tier 2 slingshot aka assault rifle, but if it's really messy situation use tier 3 aka machine gun or projectiles on em.

Also watched on phone walkthroughs cause of fruit collections are so annoying if going hyper fast and one butt-cheek pixel of Noah misses it 99% , then redo whole playthrough again.

I repeat, do not pause game with escape button too many times while doing so, I crashed at E6L3 and had to play all over again next time. In case you really need to pause game for breaks and such, use automap as pause so renderer doesn't have a heart attack on SDL source port.

Making mistakes is allowed, all of the single segment achievements are there to give an incentive to use the lives system. Some levels can definitely be a pain without carry over from the previous levels, but they are possible.

yeah already got it months ago. I still don't think 2% of players got it genuinely. It took like 4 or 5 hours of non stop playing

as an achievement hunter myself, for sure between a third, and maybe two thirds of any game's hardest to earn achievement is cheated. I was going to try and 100% this game, but after reading this thread, idk
