Other endings? (Spoilers)

So, I've seen the ending where Kathy burns down the forest to destroy the flowers and it seems like this is the classic bad ending?

Like, the Red Man is fighting the washed out colourless version of himself which seems to be the main source of most of the troubles. Like, Kathys aborted child is being nurtured by the faded out man, he says "Lick the flames" to the boy which is also what the spirit of "Lily" says to Kathy when she meets her and her grandpa.

So, it stands to reason that following this ending Kathy got tricked into the helping the bad guys and killed the only being who was trying to help things. So, is there a way to find the "Not get tricked like a dumbass" ending? Or was this intended?

That's kind of unfortunate. Everything seems like its well telegraphed but this ending sort of veers out of nowhere.

Without going into details, we are aware of some of the weaknesses of the ending and improving it is our top priority for the upcoming Director's Cut version :)
