Hey Guys,

The bundle we sold on BundleStars is not the Early Access Supporter Pack, this is because we can't sell it outside of Steam (Valve prohibits us for selling customizations based on Team Fortress 2 in other stores for good reason). So if you bought the game outside of Steam you won't have the Early Access Supporter pack, you may have bought the Beginner's Pack.

So the bundle we sold on BundleStars contained:
- 1000 Bits
- 3 Holopacks
- 3 Legacypacks

If you're redeeming it now, there's no more Legacypacks in the game, instead the bundle will give you 1000 Bits and 6 Holopacks.

If you've redeemed it a while ago you probably already opened your packs or they are there for you to open. You may also check your Bits in the OPEN PACK menus to confirm the ammount of bits you have.

If you still have issues I can check each one of you guys to see if you guys redeemed it and everything is fine :)

To be clear, I have only redeemed my code almost a year ago but waited to play it until now when it was out of early access, so I had to make an account when I just played it for the first time.

Sorry for the delay in answering here, I'm gonna be trying to figure out what happened with you guys. :)

So, first thing. Can you guys verify if the "Holodrive - Bundle Pack" DLC shows up for you on the list of installed DLCs for Holodrive?

Now for the specific case of each:

I see nothing wrong on your account, steam tells me you got the bundle pack DLC attached to your account, you should receive the rewards upon your next login. Could you try logging in again and telling me if it does not appear?

I don't see the bundle pack in my installed DLC. You don't see an account for me because I haven't played the game yet.

I just started up, as TServo2049. It shows a message saying I have a beginner's pack with 1000 bits, 3 holopacks and 3 legacy packs. I actually have 1000 bits and 8 holopacks. I guess I do have the beginner's pack then, no problem here.
