You need to bomb the hex your going to attack 2 times before making the ground attack.
Settng should be at 200/200

This will cause allot of the defending units to be disrupted and greatly lower the defending Xers.

Many times you can hasty attack instead of a deliberate attack.

Now that you have won that battle ground attack the next hex behind that hex - many times units from the first attck have retreated so you cause even more disruption. A 20 CV stack is really 1/2 of that once combat happens and you can easly hasty attack a 20 CV stsck with a 20 CV stack.

This comes in very handy when planning a break through.

This causes a snowball effect.
