Game doesn't start
So, I just bought this game and installed it.

I can start the launcher after entering my admin password.

But once I want to start the actual game in the launcher, it just doesn't start anything at all. Did anyone else have such a problem? Could it be caused by my user account not having admin rights?

I have Windows 7, by the way.

It could be. Please try running the gaem from the administrator account and check if the issue persists.

OK, this seems to be the issue - it starts from my admin account.

Is there any way to actually play it from my normal user account? I made this seperation between admin and user account for very good reasons.

Great, so I can't use te game.:( I'd like to reemburse it, but I forgot to close the launcher, so now I have officially "played" it for three hours. Steam didn't care to read my explanation and declines it automatically. Is there at least a way to get my money back?

Had to refun the game because of this, IMO it's unacceptable for a game being sold in 2018 to require admin privilegies to run, let alone to require Steam to be run with admin privilegies, no other game in my library does it.

Do you plan to fix this? I doesn't look like a serious change, I don't get why the game asks for admin right in the first place.

AFAIR this is caused by a multiplayer protection system (not 100% sure on this though).

I'm of the same opinion - pls rectify this. App should not require admin to run although I can live with it if I must. On the other hand, I have no other products that require the Steam client to be run as admin to operate and it's this that really irks me.
