I wouldn't even care if she's essentially a seperate character in movelist from her boss incarnation.

Either way, I do know in some games that boss characters do tend to be balanced for competitive play. How it would work for her however, is a different story.

Even if you would tone down parace damage output, most of her moves and her mobility would still be too cheap. And if you'd exchange her entire move list I don't see why anybody would want to play specifically her unless you really, really love the sprite.
PC allows modding. Maybe somebody is going to unlock her somehow.

Also, Six Stars home version would be the perfect place to make it happen if it ever may.

She's extremely cheap. Parace needs a tones of work to balance. Without it she's totaly broken. I doubt about her payability at all. Only cheating.
