I've made exactly this about 30 minutes ago and recieved a reply with replacement key 10 minutes ago.

I've about had it with developers pulling this crap and I don't understand why Steam would risk its reputation by allowing outright theft.

How am I supposed to send a screenshot of the game in my Steam library when I came home to an alert window from Steam saying the key was revoked? It is no longer in my game library because it has been revoked. I purchased the Groupees Build a Bundle 42 and this game was one of the ones I chose to purchase in the bundle. Now it's revoked and completely absent from my Steam library and you say the only way you will return what you've taken from me which was legitimately purchased is to provide a screenshot of the thing that's now gone. How am I supposed to take a photo of something that's now gone?

Why has this game (that I legally own) been removed from my account without compensation?

Like everyone else, I got this game through the Groupees bundle titled "BUILD A BUNDLE 42".

We shouldn't have to contact the developer/publisher outside of the Steam/Valve ecosystem to get our rightfully owned game restored back to our library.

This developer/publisher is being terribly unlawful!

So, you cancelled a metric sh1t ton of keys, many (perhaps most) of which were legitimate, like mine.

And to make good on YOUR mistake, WE have to send YOU a screenshot and send an email for you to "help" us - whatever that means. Yep, I'd rather post a snarky reply how pointing out how sh1tty that is, rather than have the +1 in my library.

P.S. how the ♥♥♥ can I send you a screenshot of having the game in my library if I only checked this post after the key got revoked and the game got removed from my library......

Since it's keys from the groupees bundle that were revoked (among some other "illegal" ones you targeted, whatever that means) it would be better to just add a new one there, that way anyone who purchased the bundle would get the key and leave the contacting by email for more specific/not-typical cases :/

I may just send the email later if there won' be any other thing done but that shouldn't be done that way - the bundle sold 2061 copies, even if some didn't pick the game (but many sales are probably from pre-sale when you get all) that's around 2000 emails to handle by hand for you, and i wonder how many people will simply not send the email... :/
