and last year rookie season wasnt full, but you could play many games and improve very much your player, if you play and playoffs
number one pick with 55 overall rating :)
Because that's how they wrote it. Ask Spike Lee why he wanted it that way or ask 2K why they let Lee do this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
If you manage to get into the Playoffs in your Rookie season you play 1 Playoff match. That's it. They don't even tell you what round it is or whatever. If you win the match, fine, if you lose, also fine because you immediately go to being a free agent. It doesn't mean anything and even with my jacked up player (who won rookie of the year and sixth man of the year) my team didn't win the Championsip, so i think that's impossible.
All the stuff, full 82 game season plus playoffs, rosters, stats, awards, all star game plus dunk contest and 3 point shoot out plus social media, endorsements, practice drills and connections are available from your second season on. From then it will be just like the previous MyCareers.
I didn't like how in previous years I would have to play for a crappy team like the Pistons till I can get traded to another team, sometimes would take ages. But in this after not very long I was able to pick MY PACERS for Free agency. Now in season 2 and its awesome.
Things open up after that first nba season where its very short. Then u get to pick what team u want ot go to for Free agency.
