What 2k says about lost save files

I’m terribly sorry to hear that your MyPlayer disappeared and understand how losing a save file can be frustrating - especially when it’s lost randomly like this! I would like to reassure you and let you know that I will try my best to get this issue resolved as fast as possible.

If automatic update is enabled on Playstation 4, save game files will be automatically uploaded to the cloud by default and luckily automatic update is enabled by default on most Playstation 4 consoles. In order to download your saved game data from the cloud, please give the following a try:

Highlight your local user account
Press UP on the control pad to access the Function menu
Go to (Settings) > Application Data Management > Saved Data in Online Storage > ‘Download to System Storage’ and press (X button).
Select NBA 2K16
Download all files that start with “MyCareer…”
NOTE: Cloud saves cannot be manually downloaded on Xbox One, as they are automatically uploaded and downloaded.

i cleary wrote i was on steam and supplied them with screenshots and info....but it's talking about PS4........

Have you confirmed on mail your account ? I know that after a period if you don't confirm your account on email your progress will not be saved, otherwise Idk how to solve. (your 2k account)

Delete sync.bin or try to restore previous version of correct file. One these should solve this problem.

Correction, thanks for the help. It's saving my progress but not my character model.
