Does anyone know how to update the rosters?

I went to some official roster update download page of facebook and they said download this file then past it into : C:\Users\<your usename>\AppData\Roaming\Steam\CODEX\370240
But that file path is nowhere on my computer. the closest I can get is: C:\Users\<your usename>\AppData\Roaming\ then there are 2k folders but no steam\codex\ folders. Where do you copt new roster manifest files?

Also is it just me or are jumpshots completely impossible in 2k16?
