For those using Dualshock 4/PS4 controllers

Thought I'd point out this game natively supports the Dualshock 4 controller, although it's a bit hidden. You don't need any sofware to play this with a DS4 and you'll even get the classic playstation icons in almost all the menus.

DISCLAIMER: Rumble/force feedback is not supported on the DS4 natively in 2K16. You must choose between rumble and correct button icons unfortunately. I don't know why this is since Batman Arkham Knight supports rumble on the DS4 natively. However it has its own quirk that the controller must be plugged in via USB which I don't get either. I personally choose rumble for gameplay and button icons for franchise mode where I'm mostly navigating menus.

If you go to controller config in the options menu you'll see LB and RB allow you to select different controllers yet the buttons don't change from windows 360 controller. this is because you are running software that disguises your DS4 as a 360 controller.
Turn off this software (for me its input mapper (which is excellent)), go to control pannel, go to printers and hardware, right click any xbox 360 controllers you see, which should leave you with just "wireless controller" which is your DS4.

Now quit out of 2k16, restart the game and you should notice all the xbox menu icons have been replaced by the playstation x,o, square, triangle etc

Thought I'd share since I know everyone is using gamepads and alot of you are probably playing with a DS4 like me. I hate seeing xbox icons when I'm using my playstation gamepads so I hope this becomes the industry standard from here on out on PC

If you're still having issues with it (as I just started too again) just use the steam ps4 support. So you do what you need to do to get your ps4 controller connected wired/wireslessly to your computer then enter big picture mode in steam. Hit settings then controller option and select ps4 config. After this windows update it seems I lost whatever i did that had it working before, now I have to have steam up for it to work.

Also this gives you rumble support.

Thanks for your answer, but i have windows 7 which does not have bluetooh . ps4 controller is connected without any problem but i can not change icons in game to ps4 , it's xbox360 icons . and in devices menu controller seems to be connected as xbox360 controller

If your controller works with the 360 icons I would just keep using it, thats what I did.
