Need help, controller skips two things in the menu

For example if i am pushing down scrolling through the menu it will jump two instead of one down. If I push RightTrigger when browsing the store and i want to go from right arm to left arm, it will jump past left arm and go straight to right leg.
I am using Dualshock 4
Any help would be appreciated?

I would disable any controller emulator software(InputMapper, DS4 Windows) if you have it running. I run into this issue when I have my Dualshock 4 plugged in and InputMapper running and the game I'm playing natively picks up on the controller. That's the only thing I could think that would cause it, hope it helps.

Are you using a DS4 controller cuz i know how to fix it

Well anyways if you are and using the program DS4Windows all you have to do is open DS4Windows and goto settings.
Stop DS4Windows and click "Hide DS4 Controller".
It will kick back an error, all you have to do is click continue.
Start DS4Windows back up and minimize into the tray.
Should work for you after this.

I typically just go to the controller config screen, hit "set defaults" then hit "cancel" and its fixed.

Thanks for that bit of info mate. I'm suing DS4 with PS4 controller and was getting really annoyed playing Fifa 17 and the menu was skipping two options everytime. That fix worked straight away. Thanks again!

The reason you're having to tick the hide box is to hide the DS4Windows "software" controller from the game. The game will recognize your DS4 natively, no need to run DS4Windows.

I still have it installed for other games but I always just stop the application before playing 2k16.
