With all players having max defensive attributes (94 shot contest etc.) even Inside specced guys have a hard time going inside.
That being said, when you are open, you make all lay-ups/dunks without a problem regardless of your specialization. But only Outside specced players can make wide open long range shots with a high consistency.
That's why Outside specialization is the way to go, in my opinion, for most cases. Especially for PG/SG/SF positions, being an outside threat is very important, especially in Pro-Am where spacing really gets important and the paint is protected very well, most of the time.
And teach how to made some dribble moves and post moves (like spin techican badge).
Recive ball - low post - sprint to the basket - dunk/layup/foul - profit.
+you need good free throw rating, cause if you made everything right, you will shot many freethrows. And ofc you need releatness finisher, acrobat, posterizer badges as air.
+post fade shots. I can write alot, you just need teach how to use it right.
Any way you can made a new one (balanced/ouside) any moment.
full athleticism
almost full inside scoring
halfway there with jump shooting
