But in case you just want to max out your character and try your best to keep up with the badged out players ( ;P ) you can just foul out each game, train each off-day. It's a rather boring process, so maybe watch something while doing it?
Or do like me (after I got the badges I want, that is) and play first quarter, foul at beginning, play some minutes and around 3 minutes before half-time you foul again, then get benched for the rest of the half-time. Ask out after second half starts. Slightly more time consuming but not even near as boring. And you may even work on a few badges while doing it!
Edit: Oh and it's at 6 quarter minutes, obviously.
