Do you think that it is worth it to buy 2k16 now just to play offline, like mycareer and quick play.
Also, are you able to customize clothing or is that considered cosmetics?
Honestly.... No. Mainly cause HALF of the game is missing. But, that's just my opinion, if you like managing your own team, (MyGM) or making your own possibly future-MVP player (MyCareer), but are not interested in online (MyPark, Play Now Online, MyTeam, etc.) Then yeah, I'd say go for it. The story isn't very cringy unlike 2k18 and 2k17 (Though it still is pretty cringy), the gameplay feels more fun to me and pretty solid too.
No, from what I've seen, you are unable to customize your character with arm sleeves and such, you can only customize your character by animations, dunks, and such.
