How long does the story in MyCareer last?
I want to buy an NBA game for the first time but I don't know about my career since it's the main mode I'm looking at. Is it worth it for my career? And more importantly how long is the story in it, I'm not a fan of the spike lee story at all so I want it over as soon as I can get it done. Thanks!

It's not that long and after it's done it will transistion to being able to have live practices, endorsements and connections with certain players that help to get certain things like more fans, and other things. As for the movies, I believe that you can hurry the dialog and they say you can watch the movie later if you actually wanted to out of the blue.

Is the game worth it for mostly my career? I'll most likely end up playing other modes but that's what I'm mainly looking at.

I believe that it is. I am currently doing my first mycareer and I really do enjoy it. Of course I'm just one person but I would say that it is a quality entertainment experience. Just like any basketball game keep momentum in mind so if they go on a crazy 20-0 run it may have been something you did. This game likes to deal out karma. So I'm not sure if you will like that part of it but I'm still enjoying it.
