Worth it? HELP PLAYERS AND DEV! Doubts!

My questions are: Is it good for casual gamers?
How long is the "campaign" of the game?
worth paying the current price (sale)?

Reasons:

1 - Do not have achievements.
2 - No collectibles cards.
This makes it complicated to put my money in the game.
My biggest question is about the length of the game, 8 reais (Brazil) are expected at least 5-6 hours of gameplay one.

I think its worth it, the gameplay is fun and easy to get into, multiplayer is probably really good as Advance Wars was and the map editor is easy to use.
