All the problems you described not pertaining to nesscessarily pc are in the console version lol.
Glitches abound though as you'd expect from a From Software game! I've encountered graphics settings not saving properly so it keeps capping to 30 fps (meaning I have to switch to Variable every time I load it to run at 60 fps), missing dialogue only during replayed games sequences, some dodgy collision detection where my character was not swinging off a pole properly (but several feet above it) and a rather nasty bug where it wouldn't save the game at all meaning I lost all my progress on Mission 4 (it would keep telling me that I had not selected a device for saving). Also, the game only saves at the end of each mission and each of those can take 20-30 minutes so if you quit part way through then you have to start it all over again as there are no mid-level checkpoints at all. Oh, and lest I forget the game continually reminds me not to turn off my CONSOLE while it is saving so if you were ever in any doubt that this is a straight console port then that should tell you all you need to know!
I don't think I'd have been too happy to have paid £20-£30 for this game with those kind of issues but for a few quid it's entertaining. The enemy variety and level design are fairly interesting even if the graphics and audio are nothing to shout about.
