Metal Wolf?

I don't have the game (probably plan to get the 360 version) but I've heard that the great mech-piloting US President from Metal Wolf Chaos is in this game. Can anyone confirm that?

Seems like it has Michael Wilson, but no idea about the Metal Wolf. Considering Ninja Blade is something like prequel, I guess it must be a secret boss or something. They did mention that Michael goes "Richaaaaaaaaard" in Ninja Blade or something like that after all.
