Just beat the game, got a diamond bean bar in space. Which only 1% of players have done, so hopefully my feedback is valuable. I also gave this game a positive review, so don't think this is anything more than feedback from a player that enjoyed the game.

1. Sort drinks by seasonal bonus based on context of current season or the menu you are modifying. Having to go through and find them was frustrating

2. Allow saving of menus. Having to rebuild it each time was an unhappy experience

3. Scroll wheel should work in Manager. Doing it manually was frustrating

4. Allow me to use Featured Drinks that are on my current menu, having to remove them from my menu first didn't make sense to me

5. Roasting is a cool idea, but I don't want to have to roast 20 of one area to unlock the next area. Unlocking all areas was extremely grindy (pun intended) and I almost quit over it. I only kept going due to having already gone so far, sunk cost fallacy at it's finest.

6. Currently best practice is just to max price everything. There's no price at which you turn away customers. Drinks that are almost pure water sell just as much as ones with 6 ingredients. Price should probably reflect cost to make and quality.

7. Don't allow me to hire generalists. They don't help with anything since you can only have 1 cash register and the barista is never overloaded. In fact, I probably shouldn't ever be able to hire 3 people at the counter. The third person will never need to do anything under even the busiest conditions. Maybe let me add another cash register, that would help on occasion.

8. Don't allow me to hire Roasters before I can even roast anything. It's confusing as the player might suspect they actually do something and hire one.

9. Start roasting earlier. Far too late into the game, then the player is stuck grinding out all the challenges for the last few levels.

10. Take more into account when deciding passive income. I can essentially hire a bunch of new people and give them the most basic equipment then leave and they will still make just as much passive income.

11. Fix whatever is wrong with Trending ingredients. I tried adding them to the menu, adding them to Featured Drinks, I watched as people bought them. 0 times in 25 hours did I succeed at whatever you are supposed to do with the Trending Ingredient. I took the rep hit every time.

12. More expensive decorations should probably give more points. I didn't math it out but it seemed like every deco gave the same value.

13. Customers that desire better quality than I can possibly provide are frustrating. They prevent wining some awards and there's literally nothing I can do about them until I meet the requirements for better equipment/machines.

14. You can't train employees past a max level. I don't know what that level is but I got this message for 6/7/8 level employees I hired. But to get a score of 97 on your drinks (Which many endgame customers require) you need to get lucky with Note values or have a better roaster. Let me train them to be better, make it expensive. Also paying the roaster extra doesn't seem to increase their skill when actually doing roasts. And max level employees don't ever gain more skill points.

15. Roasting is very cool, but it would be rad if all those notes were more meaningful than simply for use in some challenges. Overall actually the feedback from customers was very opaque. There's no real way to tell exactly why they feel the way they do about their drinks.

16. I never had enough food to fill out my food area, and I paid the 50$ twice for the event where you get sold a secret. I worry that the ones I turned down when I couldn't afford them never tried again and I missed out. Still have 2 slots open in my space shop.

17. Higher tier roasting costing RP was odd. What it means is that you end up needing to roast stuff you will never use so you can roast the stuff you want. Just make them cost more money so I don't have to do an action that has no meaning.

Thank you for such a comprehensive list of items. All these suggestions sound great. Roasting starting late is certainly a problem with the pacing of the game. Other issues you raised also resonate with some other feedback we've heard.
