Windowed Mode, It Exists!

I looked here first, and then dreged it up at http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2027602

In short, steamapps/common/The Void/data/config.xml -> remove <Fullscreen/> from the file and windowed mode happens.
