Age Rating

I can see that on steam it says pegi 16 but this is an old game and I know that these ratings are often exaggerated so what would people recommend as an appropriate age?

According to the German rating board USK 18+. And that was in the censored version missing the bullet cam. So yeah.

Depends, the graphics are older, so its not gorey, its not like on sniper elite 2 and 3 with the internal bullet damage showing, its mostly red dots where you hit them, i played this game when i was 10 maybe 11 and it dident scare me or anything, so depends on how mature you are, if you play other games above your age, 12 is my say, but if you are new to shooting then 15,

Kinda culture dependent. If you live in a nanny state or are not mentally fit maybe don't play it as a kid. I personally don't see how this could scar anyone above 12 though.
