Completing a project - discard pile

Hello,

Can somebody clarify; When a player completes a 'normal' project (not a permanent project);

a) do any of the cards associated with the normal project go to the discard pile?
or
b) do all the cards stay on the table?

It's listed that for permanent projects remain on the table, which implies to me that 'normal' project are discarded (all cards?).

Additional question; for permanent projects which remain on the table,

a) does this also mean that the resources cards remain on the table?
or
b) just the project card and the resources go back into the discard pile

Heyho!

Completing normal project = all cards, including the project card, go into discard.

Completing permanent projects = all cards except for 1 card, which is the project card, go into discard. The project card remains face up until end of the game or until someone destroys it or confiscates it.
