Big Red upkeep cost

New dlc is awesome. but the 250K of upkeep cost from the begining of the game dramaticaly redused playing options in early game to practicaly one boring cycle ( !!!SPOILER!!! Grind ore -> build ships->sell ships on black market ->buy turets -> grind ore)

What I do is set course for the nearest Beggars or Reborn owned roid field and eat like, 2-3 corvette/frigate class ships and I got about 300k. Then I keep doing it until I can afford turrets and start just taking out base defense fleets and warfleets from those factions. 2-5 million for taking out one of those fleets and you can solo it all with the turrets bought. Only need the Vultures to mop up, because even with turrets it is a drag to slowly clear fighters pulling them into the drills and letting the turrets shoot at them. Once you have forward thrust you don't even need to bother clearing fighters, just hit it and escape. Doesn't even need rapid repair to work, or even shield generator/armor primary upgrades. Big Red is a beast, the power of about half a dozen Lotans.
