Our own stationary platforms

Will we be able to create our own fuel, repair, energy, sensor, and defense platforms in open space? Have an cap on how many of each type we can build. I would like to make money from friendly factions using them.

Also, they can be attacked by hostile forces. Can have station defense ships and turrets just like base defense. Other factions should have defense ships and defense turrets too at their stationary platforms.

The idea was +1, and I found that after destroying the enemy's platform, they would not build new ones. How does AI rebuild the platform?

It doesn't at the moment, it's also on the "we'll see" pile.
