But mission rank is needed only for quick docking and ship purchase. Relations calculated another way. Mission rank can not decreace, even if you become hostile to faction.
im rank 6 with the bounty hunters i think and there are no missions that will help get to rank 7
then i think is it the other one that has the 7 ships
its the one were there base looks like a shark
allright..i'll look around again for a mission (at this point i have like 50 fighters and 10 gunships xD so any mission will be easy)

i remeber finding one base were it is a crime to own it but this ship spawns in base capture ships but i cant find that base again >.<
Wildcat(25marines,550k base cost, 22k per marine),
Glutton(40 marines, 750k, 18.75k per marine),
NoJoy(70 marines, 1m base cost, 14.28k per marine).
With usual base crews of 1250 marines(some bases have less) you will need 50+ Wildcats or 32+Gluttons or 18+ NoJoys. As you see, only NoJoy worth something and Wildcat is a complete overpriced junk.
If you're a pirate you can by as much ships as you need. If you're a "lawful citizen" then Jax and Yellowstone are your only way. You'll buy 1-2 ships then leave. Then return, praying that desired ship will reapear in stock.
Alternatively you can mod desired ships to be buyable(it is super easy) or install my mod where TSF also have a base capture ship.
when i buy a pirate ship will only my main ship be at risk? or also my mining ships that are not in my fleet?
P.S i want to counqer the galaxy in this game atm im trying to get enouth mining ships so i get 100K every secent from there mining missions
so..when i am at the point im getting 100K every scent i buy a boat load of ships and place them in defence around my mining area?
