I can confirm that with the new update posted today that the Lore Master achievement is obtainable.

And requires 57 Forlorn, 58 Mearstone, 93 cenotaph, 15 points of Interest & 38 Memorials

Nice that u got it mate. I gave up, im missing cenotaphs but idk which enemies im missing from i did several runs already and after patch i did two more into the stream and managed to get like 3 new ones so now i have 72 hahaha i'll leave it for now at least until ng+ drops or they add a enemy description or something so u know what u dont have it yet hahahaha

Btw idk if they open but on my Grand Hall from looking directly into the monolith standing in the center, the middle door on my left and bottom door on my right are closed.
if theres a way to open them maybe ill find more collectables there hahahaha

listed TWICE in different positions!?!
