A noob question

Why when I give an order via the OOB courier to one of my generals to move to destination, he moves alone he does not bring his troops with him. How to give a move order via the OOB message so that he will move with all of his troops?

Hi, just give him also a formation and then all of his troops move to destination and deploy according to the formation you choose. Give also a Use road order to move them faster using the road net. Cheers

Thank you. And I just found out that it's because I used the "M" map, not the "N" map.

In this case, the officer, and all his subordinates, should move to the spot you selected also without pressing a formation button. For long movements I suggest to hit the use road button to avoid fatigue and be faster than walking straight to the destination.
