Offline mode with bots?

So, I've been missing this game since I used to play it and I've been wondering how some people have been playing this game even though it was "shut down". Anyone able to help me out here? I paid for the early access when it first came out and I loved it. Buggy yes, but loved it none the less.

Personally I am not ware of any "offline bot mode" being present in the last version of the game before it was shut down (but perhaps I am wrong).

A number of people - at the very least 2 independent (?) groups - are working on remake/server-emulator projects.
There's this for example (just don't beg for discord link, it's getting repetetive while it has been said multiple times that the more public it is the higher the chances Nexon will try to pull something, and before anyone asks ME "then how to get into this", I DON'T KNOW how to "easily" do this):
