Ghost in the Shell: Mech Suit, MSDF Type 303
If you have watched the tralier of this game, or you watched the anime show of Ghost in the Shell. You noticed that Motoko, in the tralier, is standing in front of a mech or know as the MSDF Type 303. In the show Motoko gets into a firefight with this hulking mech of destruction and loses an arm to it but ends up victorious in the end.

Okay so whats the big idea about this mech and why should we be intreseted in it? The reason why I am talking about this mech is because I want to see it get added to the game as a vehicle or a replacement for the Tachikomas, no hard feelings my spidey tanks : D.

Do I think this will change the way how the game works? yes because players can use it to push the attack, take over a position, help the team turn the table aganist the enemy team, and/or take out tachikomas and wreck enemy MSDF Type 303.

Which game modes fites well for this mech? Conquest, King of the Hill, Assault(like Walker Assault from Star Wars Battlefront), Supremacy, and other big gamemodes.

Should the MSDF Type 303 be controlled manually by the player or should it be used by a NPC? Manually because in the show they shown us that the mech was controlled by man and not by a machine.

I hope this catches the Devs to see this so they know what they should add in because I want to see the game to expand, show more mechs, tanks, vehicles, and create a new genre of gaming.

PS: I forgot to mention the MSDF Type 303 has a cloaking device but the reason why I didn't mention this is because a mech the size of bus with cloaking tech sounds pretty OP, but if you think that it is not a OP gimet please explain why you think it wouldn't be OP.

Here is pictures and video of the MSDF Type 303 I was talking about

yeah, we all saw it on the very first trailers this game got back in 2014, but no word of it

i had lost all hope, but now, seeing that the overall HP its going to be increased, maybe theres a chance we get to see them in game someday, well, if the game even survives long enough

blacklight retribution had something similar, so i think they are possible to be included

a new game genre? haha i doubt it, but the game could really use some of this flashy stuff, take advantage of the tachikomas and crazy mechs the franchise has

I forgot to show clips of the mech being shown to infaltrate the Section 9 HQ to prove why they should be added in XD

Nobody should get them, since pss9 never used them lol. They only got them used against them.
And I'd put my money on a tachikoma against one of them any day.

It's a miracle we're at least finally getting rideable tachikomas after all this time.

Have we heard any word about acutally getting ridable tachikomas in the near future or still/was for japan version? Tachikomas should be a big part. They are unique and they need to push what is great of the Gits series not rip off others.

The mech you mentioned I dont think will make it into the game. Tachikomas are very most likley going to be ridable for all servers at some point...

If you are looking to the trailers for what the game will be its totally misleading and wont happen. Other more recent trailers also showed operatives kicking down doors and more agility. I dont think we are getting a kick function anytime soon or probably at all. Regardless of how much Gits actually involved complex martial arts, improptue weapons and parkour. They decided to focus on standard shooter aspects instead. Its good they are finnaly trying to add Gits durability and more agility but its no where near the shows. The shows would be crazy like Togusa unloading 6 matoba rounds point blank into a military grade cyborg and killing it but it probably needed all those shot to take it down when currently 3 shots to chest would kill you.

Rideable Tachikomas sounds cool but I have to stick with the mech suit because they feautred it in the tralier and yet its not in the game.

The tachikoma is in the trailer also! It behind section 9 standing in a line! It does not move but it is their. Tachikomas are section 9s most used vehicle and also are geat for story and game play. They are hillarious, effective and agile. They are everything you could want and it would not feel like a rip off of black light retribution which is arguably stealing much from gits.
So you are saying the show took the idea of a mech suit from Black Light Retribution? Sure fine ride able tachikomas sounds cool and it is mostly used by S9 but I'm talking gameplay wise unless you want a campain in the game.

Im not saying that. Im saying some people theorize that black light retribution took some ideas from Gits. Namely the i forget what its called the xray vission. Its like saitos but very long range but you cant attack with it on and i think the screen gets dim.

The tachikoma is already working as both an NPC and vehicle. They just need to release it for general use. Im suprized it has not been released yet for all servers. I dont know if it still is but it was available for TC missions on japan server. You summon yours and can get it and pilot it. The game play possibilities for it was great. You can get it but become a target to kill but you have lots of fire power. If you dont get in as in now you have an extra unit on your side. Which I would probbly prefer as the safe bet so you dont die. If you get in its hackable so you only have a few seconds to retreat or try to hunt them down to kill them.

Their was a 90's ghost in the shell game for play station. I rented and beat it. You play the entire game as an unnamed recruit piloting a tachikoma! It was a amazing! They could as shot high jump hm several floors, dash, strafe, climb walls at will and had a veriety of weapons. You climbed a wall just by moving onto it so some times you didnt want to scale a wall but you are now! You spend about the 2nd 1/2 of the game scaling a sky scraper. Doing a few missions outside, inside and on parts being constructed. At times it was a 3d chaos of which way is up! lol but it was a great game. Most of the game you fought as you showed mech suits or things of tachikoma size or larger. A few times you fight human sized cyborgs and they are tough because they are smaller targets and can fit behind any cover.
Let me guess the game from the 90's where you play as a unnamed recuit piloting a tachikoma is the reason why people favor that over the MSDF 303? Am not angry btw am surpised the first GITS game came out in the 90's where you control a tachikoma and do all that cool stuff. I guess am the only one who likes mech suits over tachikomas which makes me feel like a ♥♥♥♥. Actually a better idea why not add both in the game? You can control the tachikoma and the mech suit can be added to the game. :D

I hear you all saying you like tachikomas kicking ass so here is what you want. Now will this make you say yes to rideable tahikomas and adding in the MSDF Type 303 to the game?
PS: The video is not in english but it was worth showing.
