Camera Angle

This is probably not going to get answered, since this game is old, but the title says it all. The camera angle is stuck looking down the back of the skater, and I can barely see what's in front of me, making the achievement where you get a perfect song nearly impossible. Does anybody have a fix for this?

Oh, I forgot to mention, before anybody tells me already. I can't put it in fullscreen. And yes, I've tried everything.

My game lags/wobbles and constantly has the camera looking down the back as well, it's nearly impossible to even move the guy...
