Starts Loading the 192.168.0.11:4440 but Doesn't Connect

When I scan the barcode and proceed to the site it says its loading but never connects fully. Just a white page with 'Loading' at the top. Is it currently down or is my device not compatible. It is a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Also same thing happened on a secondary pc trying to reach the site.

Hi there, two things to check: make sure you've joined the same wifi network as the game, and ensure port 4440 and the game application isn't blocked by Windows Firewall or your router.

Also just to explain more clearly what's going on, the IP address it's connecting to is the game PC on your LAN, not an external site on the internet. So if there is a connectivity issue it is within your devices on the local network.

Have the same issue, I am in IT, no firewalls, open lan, no ports being blocked, internal LAN is open, yet we cannot see each other at all

Can you bring up a browser and enter the Ip:port all on the same PC hosting the game?
