Knock Code Easter Egg

Many of you have probably already seen the clip explaining Hannah and Eve's "knock code", though I actually took the time to decode it, and it appears that she taps out "bye hannah". Just thought it was an interesting detail.

Interesting find! There's another instance of that knock code, though ("Hannah, Hannah, Hannah, what are you doing talking about Eve?"), did you decode that as well?

Ah, thanks for reminding me! I just went back and did that one, and it translates to "LOVE U"

Your translation in the OP may be a touch off. It seems she actually taps "BYD HANNAN".

Yes, I actually noticed that too, but on the tap code table D is next to E, and N is next to H, and she taps it out very fast compared to the "LOVE U" message. I assumed it was either a small mistake the actress made, or me mishearing the audio.

She actually types "Bye Hannah", and it makes sense, because she/they (depending on your interpretation of the whole 2 sisters/multiple personalities) decide/s that Hannah should exit the scene

I used audacity to be sure here - it's BYDHANNAN. My sense of hearing is pretty bad when it comes to recognizing the knocks... dunno why. But this way I have proof :)

Nope, Hannan was a mistype and a variant of prisoner's code merges DE instead of JK

"BYD HANNAN" code was made on purpose. They said "one of them were better in some things". Eve is bad in knock code.
