Woman in the background?
After watching a clip (I think something about Simon's body) I saw a woman's face faintly in the background of the game. And now I am too scared to play on since i am a coward.
Is she Hannah? Will pictures like this apper again? Will this game turn into a horror game?

It's not a horror game.

I'm not sure, but I think the face appears when you watch clips that have some sort of revelation, in other words, when you're getting closer to the truth.

It's not meant to be a horror game, and it won't throw any jump scares at you. The Glare Filter in the options might turn the reflection off (I haven't tried it myself). As for the identity, (mild spoiler) it's not Hannah, but it is someone relevant to the story.

It's not a ghost. It's a bit creepy, but when you learn it comes up regarding a specific topic it becomes less of a jump scare. And imho the first time it happens is the most alarming - you're through the 'scariest' part.

Also, in the options you can turn off screen glare. Since it's a glare effect, you can just switch it off. Ruins a lot of the immersion, but if the face scares you too much it's a way you can keep playing.

And I just beat the game. Her identity has been revealed. This is one of the best games (storywise) I have ever played

Same, she sent chill down my spine, and I feel like the more time you met her. she became more clarify.

Which keywords get it to trigger, I don't see it with Simon or Body. I'm more than 75%

For me it was not triggered by a keyword but by the game progressing . around 75% was when the screen glaring effect made her display for me.
