I'm interested in the creator's design choice, so blank has nothing to do with it.
Most people end up finding the lie detector clips by simply searching for "Hannah". That was the first question she was given and she screws up by giving the answer in full, as opposed to only saying "yes" or "no". She even apologises afterward, and if you then search for "sorry", you can find the next clip where she says she gets the rules now. From then, it's not a big leap of imagination to search for "Yes." and "No." even though the satisfaction of finding them is somewhat ruined by not being able to hear the questions.
BLANK is a part of the creator's design of the game. The dev intetionally gave that user tag to all videos to ensure players have access to all video clips or any last videos players have trouble finding. If not, it wouldn't be there
Admin_Random is also a part of the design, but it's still not what I'm talking about. Specifically, the ability to put quotation marks around a search term seems to be a broken system, or at least only useful in this specific circumstance. The question is, why does it exist in the first place?
Hmm, interesting theory! Thanks for the reply! But.... the person taking the lie detector test is Eve, so I figured that her mistake was that she called herself the wrong name, perhaps out of habit of always pretending to be Hannah. I think you're on the right track though, but I still don't get how a person can make a leap of logic to even search for "sorry" instead of just sorry. If you search for "the", you'll get no results, since there are no clips with just that word in it. But the readme doesn't explain this! So I remain confused.
I'm not sure I understand. The quotation marks is used for words connected in a sentence or part of a sentence.
My guess is that those lie detector clips need this specific quotation marks serach terms since there's too many other video clips that also have the words "yes" and "no".
Sure, it's not obvious but then again, those video clips are pretty irrelevant and probably more like easter eggs. The woman doesnt give anything useful at all but simply say "yes" and "no" throughout.
Kind of a fun puzzle, if you ask me.
