How to handle when someone be sick?

Ted is sickness, an i have a medik kit, but i don´t know if give him now or just wait and hope that he will recover alone.

give him the med kit , sometimes they can recover alone but its very rare and he might die so give it to him before he die D:

Thanks. I have just lose the game. All became ill, i only had one medik kit so i gave to Mary Jane, but in a few days all they died JAJA.

you should have gived it to an adult , if there is no adult in the shelter you die :(

I would recommend that you wait at least a few days before using the med kit on them. They won't die right away if they're sick; it takes a week or so. Using the med kit too soon could result in wasting it because another event will make them sick immediately afterwards. That likely happens if you wait anyways, but at least waiting a week will reset their sickness timer and buy you more time to wait on the military before they die of their sickness.

Ok, so approximataly, how long it takes to die someone sick? And i like to make a other question. What i should take from the hause to my bunker? what things are most important to toke? i already know that food an water but what else?

what i usualy take is the rifle , the axe , gaz mask , medkit , food , water , radio , THE FAMILY

the family is the most important , dont be like : oh im gonna use less fud and waterz if i dunt tak the family lul

then if i can take more things like cards , map , torch i take them
